胃镜联合药物在胃出血中的应用效果评价

Gastroscope combination of drugs in the application of stomach bleeding effect assessment

目的:探究胃镜联合药物在胃出血中的应用效果。方法:选择我院2013年5月至2014年12月收治的90例胃出血的患者为研究对象,随机分为实验组45例,常规组45例。给常规组患者实施常规药物的方法进行胃出血治疗,实验组患者采取胃镜联合药物的方法进行胃出血治疗,治疗之后对实验组患者以及常规组患者的治疗效果进行评定。结果:实验组患者胃出血患者在接受治疗之后,总有效率是97.78%,明显优于常规组胃出血患者接受治疗后的总有效率71.11%,具有统计学意义(p<0.05)。结论:胃镜联合药物用于治疗胃出血的效果更佳,有助于提高患者治疗的有效性,值得在临床上胃出血治疗过程中进行推广。

Objective:Explore application of gastroscope combined with drugs in the stomach bleeding effects.Methods:May 2013 to December2014in our hospital treated 90 patients with stomach bleeding for the study and randomly divided into two groups in 45 cases,regular group of 45 cases.Routine methods of conventional medicine for stomach bleeding in patients with treatment,experimental group patients with endoscopy combined with drug treatment of gastric bleeding,treatment for patients and General patients to assess their therapeutic effects.Result:Patients after stomach bleeding in patients undergoing treatment,total efficiency is 97.78%,is superior to the conventional group total effective rate of gastric hemorrhage after receiving treatment in 71.11%,with statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion:Endoscopy combined with drugs used to treat bleeding in the stomach is better,helps to improve the effectiveness of treatment,worthy of promotion as part of stomach in clinical treatment of bleeding.
