摘要
总结3例重症狼疮性肾炎合并肺部感染患者的护理。护理过程中主要通过休息与活动、用药护理、呼吸道护理、预防感染、用药护理及出院指导等方面。3例患者通过精心的治疗,康复出院。
To sum up the nursing of 3 cases of severe lupus nephritis complicated with acute infection.In the course of nursing,it is mainly for the rest and activity,medication nursing,respiratory tract nursing,prevention of infection,nursing and discharge guidance.The patients were discharged from hospital after careful treatment.
