摘要
Besides the ornamental and landscape composition functions,plants in classical Chinese gardens also play another significant role,i.e.cultural function.The cultural psychology of taking garden plants as emotional vectors and a living history as well as that of garden plant furnishing were elaborated in this study,and the cultural implication of plants was studied to make the cultural connotation of classical Chinese gardens be understood fully.
1园林植物作为情感载体和文化符号在中国传统文化中,园林花木是人们寄寓丰富文化信息的载体,以及托物言志时使用频率很高的媒介。而中国古典园林中又广泛采用比拟、联想等艺术手法,借花木的自然生态特性赋予人格意义,借以表达人的思想、品格和意志。许多花木被赋予特殊的文化意义,用来比喻人的社会属性。
