高职院校学生职业素养培育研究——基于思政教育的视角

Research on the Cultivation of Students’ Professional Accomplishment in Higher Vocational Colleges——Based on the Perspective of Ideological and Political Education

我国高等职业教育的培养目标聚焦在培育高素质技能型人才,高职院校学生职业素养对个人及行业未来发展具有重要的影响,不仅可以适应职业教育改革的新形势新要求、满足企业对高素质人才的需求,还可帮助学生实现德技并修、全面发展。因此,基于思政教育的视角,剖析职业素养的内涵及二者的关系,通过分析目前职业素养培育的现状、存在的问题及原因,从而提出高职院校在教学思想与教学内容中将二者融合、创造具有职业特色的校园文化、建设教师队伍等具体措施。

The training objective of the higher vocational education in China is to train talents with high quality and professional skills,and the professional accomplishment of higher vocational students has an important impact on the development of individuals and industries.Based on the perspective of ideological and political education,this article analyzes the connotation and relationship between them.and through analyzing the present situation and problems and cause of vocational literacy cultivation.it puts forward that higher vocational colleges should integrate the two in teaching ideology and content,create campus culture with professional characteristics,and build teachers’team.
