2015年8月11日的汇改开启了人民币迈向自由浮动的新时代,这对中国乃至全世界都有着复杂和系统的影响。中国经济当前面对复杂挑战,在守住不发生系统性金融风险的前提下,必须坚定推进汇率体制市场化改革,否则可能陷入前后失据的窘境。
The exchange rate reform of August 11, 2015 has ushered in a new era in which renminbi moves decisively in the direction of a floating rate. The reform has had a significant yet complex impact on China and the rest of the world. China's economy is already facing substantial challenges. In order to prevent systemic risk in the future, China needs to resolutely push ahead with more market-oriented reforms to its exchange rate system.
