摘要
以改良托辊式多应用皮带输送机性能、提升其爬坡输送的能力为目的,使传感器、PLC自动控制、检测技术和改良托辊槽角和落料点的对中检测调控等方法,对皮带的断裂撒料、跑偏等现象进行检测和调整,令爬坡角度得到提升、皮带撕裂、撒料现象频率降低、皮带跑偏频率降低,取得了良好的效果。
With the purpose of improving the performance of the idler type multi-application belt conveyor and improving the ability of climbing conveying,the sensor,PLC automatic control,detection technology and centering detection and adjustment of the intersection and discharging point of the improved idler trough,the belt is detected and adjusted so as to improve the climbing angle,the belt tearing,the feeding frequency is reduced,and the belt deflection frequency is reduced,and the good effect is achieved through use.
