摘要
针对机械产品设计中的可制造性评价问题,提出了一种基于三维几何模型的可制造性评价技术。采用基于属性邻接图的特征识别技术对三维模型进行特征识别,识别出的特征与预定义的加工特征比对,并重构成加工特征模型。采用基于规划的可制造性评价策略对重构的加工特征模型进行工艺性评价。由于可制造性评价采用的数据源具有唯一性,使上述技术具有更好的可靠性和兼容性。可制造性评价技术经过了应用验证,可有效提高工艺检查和产品设计效率。
Focusing on the manufacturability of mechanical product development,the manufacturability evaluation technique based on 3-d geometric model is studied in this paper.This paper used features recognition technology based on attribute adjacency graphs to identify 3-d models.The identified features were compare with the predefined processing features to reconstruct a process feature model.The process planning based manufacturability evaluation was adopted to evaluate the process feature model.Supported by these two techniques,the data source used by the application is unique.This makes the application more reliable and more compatible.The technology can effectively improve the process inspection and product design efficiency.
