摘要
目的了解女大学生人际关系交往的状况,从而由改善父母教养方式的角度,对如何处理寝室内部人际关系,培养人才健康的社会交往能力提出合理化的建议。方法以女大学生最直接参与的人际交往场所——宿舍为切入点,采用随机抽样的方式对上海某高校在校女大学生进行问卷调查,综合分析父母教养、归因方式以及女大学生宿舍人际交往状况三者的相互关系。结果父母教养方式和人际归因对女大学生宿舍人际关系满意度具有一定的影响,同时具有预测及中介作用。结论孩子成长过程中,内化的归因方式以及最终对外显现的人际交往情况均与父母教养方式有着密切关系,应从父母教养方式着手,教导子女日常处理问题的方法。同时,高校应加强管理,倡导和谐的宿舍文化。
Objective To understand the status quo of the female college students' interpersonal communication, so as to put forward reasonable advice for handling interpersonal relationship and cultivating healthy social interaction ability by improving parental rearing patterns. Methods The female college students were conducted a questionnaire survey using the random sampling method, and the relationships among their parental rearing patterns, attribution patterns, and dormitory interpersonal relationship status were analyzed. Results Parental rearing patterns and interpersonal attribution had some influence over the satisfaction of interpersonal relationships in female college students' dormitories, and also had the prediction and intermediary roles. Conclusion In children's growing process, internalization of attribution patterns as well as explicit interpersonal status have close relationship with parental rearing patterns. The children should be taught how to deal with problems by improving parental rearing patterns. At the same time, colleges and universities should strengthen the management, advocate the harmonious dormitory culture.
