79例婴幼儿鸡蛋过敏反应调查分析

摘要 目的调查婴幼儿对鸡蛋过敏的临床表现及其对生长发育的影响。方法收集患有湿疹的婴幼儿的临床资料,针对有鸡蛋过敏反应的婴幼儿进行调查分析。结果 1,477名婴幼儿中,正常的有888人,湿疹患儿有589人,其中鸡蛋过敏的有79人。结论鸡蛋过敏反应是婴幼儿最常见的食物过敏问题,主要表现为皮肤症状、消化症状或呼吸道症状。鸡蛋过敏的主要治疗措施是鸡蛋回避,但必须密切关注患儿的生长发育情况。 Objective To investigate the clinical manifestation and the effect on the growth and development of egg allergy in infants.. Methods The clinical data of infants with eczema were collected and analyzed. Results Among these 1,477 infants, 888 of them were normal people and 589 children with eczema, including 79 people with egg allergy. Conclusion Egg allergic reaction is the most common food allergy in infants, and it mainly manifested as skin symptoms, digestive symptoms and respiratory symptoms. The main treatment of egg allergy is avoiding eggs, but close attention must be payed to children’s body development at the same time.
