摘要
以大陆赴台交换生为例,研究跨地域背景下的学生学习适应性问题。通过自编问卷和实证数据收集,在探索性因子分析的基础上,构建结构方程模型进行验证性因子分析,对大陆赴台交换生的学习适应性影响因素与学习适应性之间的关系进行实证研究。结果表明:学习态度与行动和校园设施与环境对学习环境适应性具有直接作用效应;学习态度与行动对学习主体性具有直接作用效应;社会议题与政策对学习有效性具有直接作用效应;学习环境适应性对学习主体性具有直接作用效应。通过此文,尝试性地为研究其他类型的跨地域交流培养学生的学习适应性问题提出可资借鉴的研究路径。
Taking mainland exchange students in Taiwan as example, this paper studies students' learning adaptability under the cross regional context. Through the questionnaire and empirical data collected, constructing structural equation model for confirmatory factor analysis based on the exploratory factor analysis, this paper conducts an empirical study on the relationship between influencing factors of adaptability and learning adaptability of mainland exchange students in Taiwan. The results show that learning attitude, behaviors, campus facilities, as well as environment have direct effects on the adaptability of learning environment; learning attitudes and behaviors have direct effects on the subjectivity of learning; social issues and policies have direct effects on learning effectiveness; and the adaptability of learning environment has a direct effect on the learning subjectivity. This paper attempts to propose a reasonable research approach for studying other types of cross regional exchange students' learning adaptability.
