前沿文章推介《基于行为倾向的建筑工程项目风险量化方法改进》

Introduction to “Improving the Risk Quantification Under Behavioural Tendencies:A Tale of Construction Projects”

由于项目的动态性、复杂性与不确定性,风险伴随着建筑工程项目的全生命周期。有效地理解与量化风险,进而提出针对性的策略,以减少或避免风险带来的负面影响,是工程项目管理的重要研究课题。Farooq等学者于2018年发表在International Journal of Project Management第36卷上的论文Improving the risk quantification under behavioural tendencies:a tale of construction projects在回顾传统的建筑工程项目风险量化方法的基础上,引入前景理论,构造了基于行为倾向的建筑工程项目风险量化模型,并通过实验研究对模型进行了分析,其研究具有较高的创新性与前沿性。本文对Farooq等学者的论文从研究背景、模型构建、实验研究,研究展望4个角度进行总结介绍,以期为工程管理中应用行为经济学的研究提供借鉴。

Due to dynamics,complexity and uncertainty of the construction projects,the risk exists in the whole life cycle of the projects.It is an important research topic for project management to understand and quantify risks effectively and then propose corresponding strategies to reduce or avoid the negative impacts of risks.In 2018,Farooq et al.published'Improving the risk quantification under behavioural tendencies:A tale of construction projects'on International Journal of Project Management.Based on reviewing the traditional risk quantification methods of construction projects,Farooq et al.(2018)developed a risk quantification model of construction project based on behavioural tendencies through introducing Prospect Theory and validated the model through an experimental research.The research of Farooq et al.(2018)has kind of high innovation.In order to provide references for applying behavioural economics in construction management research,this article summarized and introduced the research of Farooq et al.(2018)from the perspectives of research background,model development,experimental research and future research direction.
