基于统一强度理论的方钢管型钢再生混凝土短柱轴压承载力计算 被引量:6

Calculation of axial bearing capacity of recycled concrete filled square steel tube-profile steel short columns based on unified strength theory

摘要 为研究方钢管型钢再生混凝土短柱轴心受压性能,进行了11根短柱试件轴心受压试验,观察短柱的破坏过程及破坏形态,分析再生粗骨料取代率、方钢管宽厚比、型钢配钢率及再生混凝土强度等参数对短柱轴压性能的影响,研究结果表明:在轴向压力作用下,型钢先发生屈服,随后内部再生混凝土压溃,最后外部方钢管发生鼓曲变形而破坏;轴压承载力随着再生粗骨料取代率的增大而降低;提高再生混凝土强度对轴压承载力有利,但试件变形能力降低;适当减小方钢管宽厚比和增大型钢配钢率对提高试件的轴压性能有利,总体上,该组合柱具有较高的承载力和良好的变形能力。在此基础上,基于统一强度理论对该短柱轴压承载力进行理论分析,考虑再生粗骨料取代率的影响,提出了方钢管型钢再生混凝土短柱轴压承载力计算公式,计算结果与试验结果吻合较好,表明统一强度理论可用于该短柱轴压承载力计算。 To study the axial compression performance of recycled concrete filled square steel tube-profile steel short columns,11 specimens were tested under the axial loads. The failure process and failure modes of short columns were observed. Meanwhile,the effects of recycled coarse aggregate replacement percentage,steel ratio,width to thickness ratio of square steel tube and strength of recycled concrete on axial compression behavior of short columns were analyzed. The results show that the profile steel yields firstly,then the internal recycled concrete crushes,finally the external steel tube occurs buckling deformation and the column loses its bearing capacity. The axial bearing capacity of specimens decreased with the increase of the recycled coarse aggregate replacement percentage. Increasing the strength of recycled concrete is beneficial to the axial bearing capacity of columns,but the deformation ability of columns decreases. In addition,properly decreasing width to thickness ratio and increasing steel ratio are favorable for improving axial compression performance of columns. As a whole,the columns have high bearing capacity and good deformation ability. On this basis, the axial compression bearing capacity of the short columns was analyzed theoretically based on the theory of uniform strength. The calculation formula of axial bearing capacity for the columns was put forward,which considered the adverse effect of recycled coarse aggregate replacement percentage. The calculated values are in good agreement with the experimental results,which shows that the unified strength theory can be used to calculate the axial compression capacity of the columns. The research results have positive significance for the engineering application of the new composite columns.
