摘要
工程质量安全监督工作贯穿施工阶段全过程,通过分析监督工作的关键环节,提出搞好质量安全监督交底,严查责任主体质量行为,抓好地基与基础、主体等重要分部工程验收监督,监督好住宅工程分户和工程竣工验收的工作建议,指出把握监督工作的重点和关键环节,使工程建设质量和安全有保证。
Engineering quality and safety supervision shall be carried out throughout the whole construction process.Based on analysis of key points in the supervision,some advices are proposed to realize effective disclosure of quality and safety supervision,strict inspection of responsible unit's quality behavior,acceptance supervision of some important parts of construction,such as foundation and main structure,etc.,and effective supervision of unit acceptance of residential project and final acceptance.Important and key points in supervision are pointed out to guarantee the quality and safety of engineering construction.
