摘要
旨在构建基于实地调研的严寒地区办公建筑整体能耗预测模型。通过调研哈尔滨地区50栋办公建筑,结合能耗构成及稳态公式,确定影响办公建筑整体能耗的空间参数及其值域并归纳空间典型模型;构建整体能耗预测模型,获得50组能耗模拟数据,对各空间设计参量进行敏感性分析,以明确各参数对于能耗表现的影响,用于指导节能设计。
Aiming to build integrated energy consumption prediction model,this paper is based on field investigation of office building in severe cold zone.Through the investigation of 50 office buildings in Harbin,and combination with the analysis of energy structure and the steady state formula,this study determines the correlative parameters that influence the energy consumption of office buildings and builds the integrated energy prediction model.50 groups of simulation data are acquired and used for sensitivity analysis on the space design parameters so that the effect of various parameters on the energy performance can be identified.The result can be used to guide the energy-saving design.
