摘要
应用有限元数值分析软件ANSYS对车刀强度进行了数值模拟分析。分析结果表明 ,应用ANSYS可较精确地掌握刀具上各节点的受力情况 ,确定刀具内部应力应变的分布规律 ,从而为改进刀具受力状况和结构设计提供理论依据。
The ANSYS, a kind of finite element numerical analysis software, is applied to the simulation analysis of the turning tool's strength. The analysis result shows that the stress on nodes and the distribution of stress and strain in the tool can be accurately determined by using ANSYS. The theoretic basis for improving the stress and structure design of cutting tools is provided by the analysis method.
