摘要
介绍了交叉支撑三大件转向架用关键橡胶元件的结构以及对车辆运行的重要性 .先对橡胶这种非线性高弹性材料进行理论上的分析 ,然后使用非线性有限元分析软件Marc对交叉支撑三大件转向架上的轴向橡胶垫及弹性旁承体进行分析 ,可以直接计算出通过试验手段无法得出的橡胶内部应力 ,显示分析对象的应力、位移云图 .根据Marc计算结果可以间接得出元件的等效刚度 .最后将得出的计算值与试验值进行比较 。
The structure and the importance of the axial rubber pad and elastic side-bearing of the cross-brace three-pieced type fright bogie are introduced.At first,the rubber material is analyzed in theory.Then,the axial rubber pad and elastic side-bearing are analyzed by the nonlinear FEA software Marc.The inner stress which couldn't be achieved by test could be obtained and the stress and displace nephogram of the analyzed object could be showed.Then the stiffness of the component could be calculated indirectly.At last,the results are compared with the experiment and the improving methods are provided.
