齿轮连杆组合机构的交互式图形仿真设计 被引量:1

摘要 首先就一种典型齿轮连杆组合机构设计问题依据机械原理建立了数学模型。在求解该数学模型时 ,提出了先运用三维图形仿真技术从全局观察分析该设计问题解的性质及其分布规律 ,在此基础上 ,再应用二维图形仿真技术求出符合条件的局部解的交互式图形仿真设计方法。最后通过设计实例指出该法可使逻辑思维与形象思维、整体与局部的关系在设计实践中有机统一 。 Appling the theory of machines and mechanisms, a mathematical model was established for the design of a typical gear-linkage combined mechanism. In the course of solving the mathematical model, a design procedure named interactive design of graphic simulation was proposed, which use three-dimensional graphic simulation to watch and analyze the overall property and the distribution of its solution, and then use two-dimensional graphic simulation to search out its local solution. Finally, it was pointed out by an example that the procedure can not only unify logical thinking and thinking in image, but also unify overall solution and local solution.
