摘要
应用傅里叶变换近红外 ( FT- NIR)光谱分析技术测定近 10 0 0个具代表性的烤烟样品的近红外光谱数据 ,采用 PLS1数学方法建立了测定烤烟中总氮、总糖和烟碱含量的数学模型。通过对模型进行数理统计检验 ,在显著性水平为 5 %的条件下 ,其测定结果与流动注射分析 ( FIA)技术测定的结果对比 ,两者不存在显著性差异。该分析技术已应用于现场快速测定烟草中总氮、总糖和烟碱的含量 ,结果令人满意。
NIR spectra of near 1000 representative tobacco samples were measured by FT-NIR spectrometry.The mathematical models for the determination of total-nitrogen,total-sugar and nicotine were established with PLS1.By statistical significance test,the results of determination were compared with those of FIA and there is no significant difference between them at 5% level.The method has been applied to the determination of total-nitrogen,total-sugar and nicotine in tobacco samples.
