摘要 对纳米CaCO_3填充环氧树脂(EP)的均匀分散技术进行了探讨。采用超声波振动和对纳米CaCO_3进行硅烷偶联处理两种方法改进纳米CaCO_3在EP中的分散效果。通过扫描电镜观察表明,采用以上两种方法比普通搅拌混合效果显著,实现了纳米CaCO_3在EP中的均匀分散。并测试了试样的力学性能,进一步证明纳米CaCO_3的增强、增韧作用。 The uniform dispersion of nano-CaCO3 particles filled epoxy resin is studied. Ultrasonic wave and treatment of sili-cone coupling are used to improve the dispersion of nano-CaCO3 in epoxy resin. By means of SEM, ultrasonic wave and treatment of sil-icone coupling are proved to promote the dispersion of nano-CaC03 in epoxy resin effectively, which are ideal mixing methods for nano-CaCO3 in epoxy resin and better than mechanical mixing. Through testing machine, the materials' mechanical properties have been tested. The reinforcing and toughening function of nano-CaCO3 particles have been furtherly proved.
