The construction of medical informatization talents is faced with the problems of insufficient consciousness,lack of system and continuing education weakness.We need to comprehensively analyze the influencing factors of technology,culture and education,strengthen the understanding,establish and improve the management system and education training system,and promote the construction of the compound talents team of health and medical informatization.
