混合式教学模式下教师角色的变革研究

The Exploration of the Teachers Role Changing under the View of Blended Teaching Model

随着现代信息社会的快速发展,线上式网络教学越来越多的被运用到教育教学当中,线上式网络教学和线下式传统教学相结合的混合式教学模式将逐渐占据教育教学领域的主要位置。而教师作为教育教学的核心,其角色的转变起着至关重要的作用。本文主要针对混合式教学模式发展现状,运用文献法、案例法探究混合式式教学模式下的教师角色的变革取向以及教师角色变革对教育体系产生的影响。

With the rapid development of modern information society, online network teaching are more and more applied to education, online network teaching and offline have combined,and this kind of blended teaching mode will gradually occupy the main position in the field of education. As the core of the education,the change of the teachers role is very important.In this paper, it focus on the current situation of blended teaching mode, using literature method and case method, to explore the orientation of the change of the teachers' role and the impact of teacher's role change to the education system.
