摘要
诚信作为中华民族传统美德,是社会主义核心价值观的道德基础,也是"辽宁精神"不可或缺的元素,诚信是推进辽宁政治、经济、文化和社会全面发展过程中的重要精神动力。本文重点论述了诚信在"辽宁精神"中的重要性及如何提高公民诚信道德水平,加快"信用辽宁"建设。
As the Chinese moral tradition,honesty is the moral basis of socialist core values, and an indispensable element of 'Liaoning Spirit'. Honesty is the spiritual power which promote the economic, political, cultural and social development of Liaoning. This paper mainly discusses the importance of integrity in 'Liaoning Spirit' and how to improve the level of citizens' moral integrity.
