摘要
本文根据文献调查法和个别案例分析法以云南省为切入点,针对中西部农村中小学教师流失问题,从国家、社会、学校和老师四方面进行原因分析并提出解决对策。分析得出原因在于国家地区经济发展不平衡;农村自身落后、社会风气不利农村教师发展;学校对教师管理与设施不足;教师工作压力与发展需要。并结合云南省政策安排得到解决方案在于国家政策的积极推动、社会支持农村教师风气的培养、学校对教学设施的完善以及教师自身的理解与支持。以期对中西部农村教育发展有一定参考价值。
Based on the literature survey method and the individual case analysis method,this paper takes Yunnan Province as the entry point,and analyzes the reasons for the loss of primary and middle school teachers in the rural areas of the central and western regions,and proposes solutions from four aspects:the state,society,schools and teachers.The reason for the analysis is that the economic development in the country is not balanced;the rural areas are backward and the social atmosphere is unfavorable for the development of rural teachers;the school has insufficient management and facilities for teachers;the teachers’work pressure and development needs.The solution to the policy arrangement in Yunnan Province is the active promotion of national policies,the support of social support for rural teachers,the improvement of school facilities and the understanding and support of teachers themselves.Hope to have a certain reference value for the development of rural education in the central and western regions.
