摘要
本文作者有感于重庆市提出的3+1小学全科教师的培养模式,就小学全科教师的内涵、培养的必要性进行了探讨,重点探究了小学全科教师培养体系的构建方式。
This paper is illuminated by the 3+1 training model of all-round teacher advocated in Chong Qing. It mainly di-scussed the connotation of all-round teacher in primary school and the necessity of all-round teacher should be trained under the model of 3+1 training system. And it put its emphasis on the ways of how to construct the training system on all-round teacher in primary school specialized for those who work in rural area of Chong Qing.
