摘要
研究生教育在我国高等教育中占有重要地位,近年来随着教育规模的迅速扩大,研究生思政教育方面开始凸显出一些问题。如:重规范轻实效、导师的思政教育功能被弱化、辅导员政治育人功能被淡化等。同时,本文针对"90后"研究生的思想行为特征,探讨和研究适合"90后"研究生的思想政治教育方式,最后提出了相应的改进当前思政教育模式的建议。
Postgraduate education is at the top level of the higher education in China.While with the expansion of education scale,some problems emerged such as:All standards no results.The function of mental education by tutors is weakened.The function of mental education by instructors is weakened,etc.In this paper,it made a study about the personality of 90's and gave the suggestion about improving the existing mental education mode.
