职业教育师资培养的双岗实习、置换培训实习方法初探

Study on the Practice Method of Double-post Practice and Replacement Training for Vocational Education Teachers

办好职业教育,必须加强师资队伍建设,提高师资队伍质量。当前,不少职业院校缺乏双师型教师,这已经成为职业院校发展的重要瓶颈。这说明,我国职业教育师资培养工作存在很大问题。全面认识职业教育师资培养的重要性,事关职业教育事业长期发展。本文从培养专业化职业教育教师的需要出发,在分析当前职业教育师资培养现状及存在的问题的基础上,结合实际探索对职业教育师资培养实行双岗实习、置换培训的实习方法,这有利于提升学生的专业技能和师范技能。

To run vocational education well,we must strengthen the construction of teachers and improve the quality of teachers.At present,many vocational colleges lack double-qualified teachers,which has become an important bottleneck in the development of vocational colleges.This shows that there are many problems in the training of vocational education teachers in China.Understanding the importance of teacher training in vocational education is related to the long-term development of vocational education.Starting from the need of training professional vocational education teachers,this paper,on the basis of analyzing the current situation and existing problems of vocational education teachers’training,explores the practical methods of double-post practice and replacement training for vocational education teachers’training,which is conducive to improving students’professional skills and teachers’skills.
