摘要
深入分析粤港澳大湾区人才协同发展的形势,发现湾区人才发展存在人才结构、引才机制、人才流动、平台载体等方面的不协同问题。通过总结凝练粤港澳人才合作示范区的先行经验,构建了基于人才引进协同、人才交流合作、国际猎头培育、平台载体建设、人才流动畅通、人才环境优化六个维度的粤港澳大湾区人才协同机制,以深入开放引领深度合作,畅通粤港澳三地创新资源,形成具有国际竞争力的湾区人才协同创新制度优势。
In-depth analysis of the situation of the coordinated development of talents in the Guangdong, Hong Kong, and Macao Bay Area has revealed that there is a problem of non-coordination in talent development, talent introduction, talent flow, and platform support in the talent development in the Bay Area. By summarizing the prior experiences of the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Talents Cooperation Demonstration Zone, the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Bay Area Talents Collaboration based on the six dimensions of talent introduction coordination, talent exchange and cooperation, international headhunting, platform carrier construction, talent flow, and talent environment optimization has been established. The mechanism is to deepen openness and lead deep cooperation to smoothly innovate resources in Guangdong, Hong Kong, and Macao, and to create the advantage of the Bay Area talent synergy innovation system with international competitiveness.
