摘要
在充分考虑大悬臂空间悬挑结构分批分级循环吊装施工安全性影响因素的条件下,提出一种安全施工方法,并对循环吊装施工的安全参数进行测试分析。对大悬臂空间悬挑结构施工的现场拼装、焊接、吊装施工的关键要素进行分析,结合对悬挑结构的分批分级循环吊装施工的分析对吊装施工参数进行验算,以验算的结果完成对大悬臂空间悬挑结构的分批分级循环吊装施工方法研究。实验结果表明,该方法能有效地提高悬挑结构的分批分级循环吊装施工的安全性,所测试的各项参数均在安全范围内。
Considering the large cantilever spatial cantilever structure partial graded circle lifting condition the influence factors of construction safety,put forward a safe construction method,and the safety parameters of cyclic hoisting construction are analyzed. On site assembly, large cantilever spatial cantilever structure construction welding,analysis of key elements of hoisting construction,combined with the the cantilever structure of batch classification analysis of circular hoisting checking of the hoisting construction parameters,with the results of verification completed for large cantilever space cantilever structure batch classification research on the construction method of circular hoisting. Experimental results show that this method can effectively improve the cantilever structure of batch graded circle hoisting construction The test parameters are within the safe range
