MathCAD是专门用于科学运算的计算机应用软件,其最大的优点是不用编写程序就可以完成许多复杂的计算过程。MathCAd不仅具有强大的计算功能,而且具有数据可视功能,便于计算结果的分析与讨论。然而关于MathCAD2000在化工数值方法方面的应用未见报道。因此作者根据长期积累的教学经验,介绍了MathCAD的特点,提出了在常用的化工数值方法中使用MathCAD的方法。

MathCAD is a computer software specially designed for scientific calculation. One of its characteristics is dealing with complicated computing without any programming. MathCAD has got not only powerful computing abilities but also numeric-visual functions, which largely facilitate the analysis and the evaluation on the computing results. But there is almost no report on the application of MathCAD 2000 in Numerical Methods of Chemical Engineering until now. The author here by introduce the characteristics of MathCAD, and give the applying methods of main Numerical Methods in Chemical Engineering.
