摘要
提出了一种PLC数据优化组合的传送方法。该法适合采用MemobusRTU通信协议的PLC向上位计算机传送大量数据时使用。同时 ,针对PLC内存变量分布不连续提出分块判据 ,可以明显提高数据的整体传送速度。此方法的原理可以应用于其他类似的协议 ,例如ModbusRTU等。
This article discusses the PLC Data Optimized Block Moving Method, which is suitable for transferring large amounts of data from PLC to Computer when using Memobus RTU Communication Protocol. The Criterion of Block Divide provided in this article can upgrade data transfer speed obviously, especially when the data in PLC memory is uncontinual. The principle can also be applied to other similar protocols, such as Modbus RTU and so on.
