On Teacher's Ability of Curriculum

摘要 教师的课程能力是指教师对课程这一特定领域的动作、驾驭过程中所表现出来的个性心理特征。它由课程组织与实施能力、课程评鉴与选择能力和课程的设计与开发能力构成 ;分为适应课程阶段、适度改造阶段和生成与创新课程三个阶段 ;在构成要素与发展阶段的基础上 ,可以建构出一个动态的。
