摘要
对真空蒸馏法制取低砷黄磷进行了理论计算,得到了磷—砷二元体系气液相平衡关系表,从表中数据得知:工业黄磷通过真空蒸馏可以得到含砷1×10^(-6)左右的低砷黄磷,因此真空蒸馏法作为一种低污染的方法,用于制取低砷黄磷从理论上是可行的。
The theoretical calculation of the process of low - arsenic yellow phosphorus produced by vacuum distillation has been made in this study, and the gas - liquid equilibrium relationship data table of phosphorus - arsenic binary sistem has been got. From the data table, the following result can be got: low - arsenic yellow phosphorus which arsenic content is about 1×10-6can be got from industrial phosphorus by vacuum distillation, and because of its low polution, vacuum distillation is theoretically feasible for producing low - arsenic yellow phosphorus .
