摘要 高性能聚芳醚砜 (PES)能进行挤出、膜压加工 ,也可以通过浇铸、纺丝等制成膜和纤维 .PES膜具有高热稳定性、低的热膨胀系数 ,突出的耐水解稳定性、抗辐射 ,并具有韧性和易展延的机械性能 .为了使PES膜具有易加工性和超过滤性能 ,必需合成分子量较高的PES ,制膜级PES的比浓粘度应控制在 0 4 5~ 0 6 5dl/ g ,比标准级PES高些 ,它的玻璃化转变温度为 2 30℃ ,比标准级PES更高 ,能在 2 0 PES which is known as important membrane of high performance engineering plastics may be fabricated through extrusion and compression,or be casted and spinned to form membranes and fibers.PES membranes display high thermal stability,lowcoefficent of thermal expansion,outstanding drolytic stability,radiation resistance,and tough,ductiole mechanical properties.Higher molecular weight of PES will be polymerized for the needs of the processibility and ultrafiltration properties of PES membranes.The reduced viscosity in the membrane grade of PES should be controlled in the range from 0.45 to 0.65dl/g in DMF at 25°c,which is obviously higher than that of the standard grade pf PES about 0.36dl/g.The membrane grade PES also has high glass transition temperature about 230℃ which is higher than that of the standard grade of PES AR 225℃,PES temperature can be used contiuously up to 204℃ under loadbearing conditions.
