摘要
通过计算考察了直线型、抛物线、幂函数型、δ函数型、均匀型活性分布对催化剂有效因子的影响。分析了不同反应级数的反应受其影响的程度及活性分布在不同西勒模数区域内的影响规律.对惰性层厚度的影响和扩散控制条件下表面活性值与有效因子的关系等也作了初步的分析。
Through calculation,the influences of catalyst pellets with straight line,parabola,power,δ-function and uniform activity distributions on effectiveness facttors were studied.The influences of activity distributions on different orders of reaction and effectiveness factors under the ranges of different Thiele modulus were analysed。The preliminary influence of the layer thickness of inert matter and the relation between effectiveness factors and surface activity under the condition of diffuse control were discussed.
