摘要 目的 :探讨LASEK治疗中高度近视的简便方法和临床效果。方法 :5 2例 79眼 ,术前等值屈光度 - 4~ - 2 0D ,≥ - 10D者 37眼。应用 2 0 %酒精浸泡 30s后制作带蒂角膜上皮瓣 ,采用Laserscan 2 0 0 0型准分子激光机切削 ,术毕行上皮瓣复位。随访 6个月以上。结果 :术后刺激症状与PRK类似 ,于 5~ 10d达到术前最佳矫正视力。无明显haze出现 ,2 0眼 (2 5 .32 % )术后 1个月时出现角膜上皮下细小混浊点。切削深度 5 8.2 8~ 15 5 .90 μm ,术后角膜床剩余厚度平均为 (378± 1.6 3) μm。 结论 :LASEK操作简单 ,适合于角膜厚度较薄的高度近视、某些特殊职业者 。 Objective:To discuss the clinical results of laser subepithelial keratomileusis(LASEK) for moderate and high myopia.Methods:LASEK was performed on 79 myopic eyes ranging from -4 D to -20 D. An intact epithelial flap was retracted using 20% ethanol for 30 seconds. The Laserscan 2000 excimer laser was used in a manner similar to the PRK. The epithelium flap was replaced to cover the wound bed after laser ablation. The follow up period was more than 6 months.Results:LASEK produced good refractive results after 5 to 10 days. Either no corneal haze or very mild haze(25.32%) was detected. The ablation depth was 58.28~155.90 μm. Mean corneal thickness after ablation was(378±1.63)μm.Conclusion:LASEK is a safe and promising technique for the treatment of myopia,especially for high myopes with a thinner cornea.
