摘要
上海地区建筑工程普遍采用桩基,但以粘性土为持力层的预制桩实测承载力普遍低于理论值,主要是因为休止期较短及对端承力作用认识不足。某些工程中个别桩的桩尖进入持力层过浅,也是导致承载力无法满足设计要求的主要原因。
Pile foundation is widely used in construction in Shanghai region,but the site test data on bearing capacity of pre-cast concrete pile based on cohesive soil were lower than theoretical level.It may be caused by shorter suspension time and less knowledge of pile end bearing mechanism.Another main cause of lower bearing capacity which can not meet design requirement is that several pile’s end enter too shallowly into supporting layer.
