高校贫困生群体特点分析与改进帮困工作的思考

An Analysis of Economically Disadvantaged Students in Institutions of Higher Learning and Reflections on Improving Poverty Program

通过对目前高校贫困生群体产生背景、形成原因及其特点的分析 ,提出了从建立准确、全面的贫困生档案入手 ,从根本上完善贫困生的助学帮困体系和相应的机制以及加强对经济困难学生的教育和心理指导 ,做好贫困生群体的“心理解困”工作 ,使高校贫困生群体助学帮困的对策更加符合客观实际 ,更好地解决实际问题。

Based on the background analysis of the occurrence of needy students group in institutions of higher learning, as well as the reasons and characteristics of its formation, the article puts forward some feasible proposals to improve the aiding system of needy students and its corresponding mechanism. The proposals begin with building up an efficient and all around archives for needy students, enhancing the instruction and mentality guidance for economically deprived students and helping them clear their mental shadow of being poor. By doing so, the proposals will end up with making the aiding policies for needy students in institutions of higher learning more practical and feasible and thus solving the practical problems more efficiently.
