摘要
探讨电刺激小脑顶核 ( FNs)对局部脑缺血再灌注氧化损伤作用的影响 .以线栓法制成大鼠右侧大脑中动脉缺血再灌注模型 ,随机分为假手术对照组、缺血再灌注 ( I/ R)组、缺血再灌加电刺激小脑顶核组 ( I/ R+ FNs干预组 ) ,免疫组化法检测诱生型环氧化酶 ( COX-2 )表达 ,用硫代巴比妥酸法检测 MDA含量 .I/ R组 COX-2蛋白在半暗带呈强阳性表达 ,MDA含量明显升高 ,经电刺激小脑顶核后 COX-2呈弱表达 ,MDA含量下降 ,有统计学差异 .电刺激小脑顶核对脑缺血 /再灌注后的氧化损伤具有拮抗作用 .
To investigate role of fastigial nuclei stimulation(FNs) in rats with local cerebral ischemic-reperfusion injury. Mature Wister rats were randomly divided into three groups: sham-operated control, ischemic-reperfution (I/R) and I/R+FNs groups. The expression of cyclooxygenase-2(COX-2) was assayed by immunohistochemistry and image analysis. MDA in brain tissue was assayed by TBA method.The expression of COX-2 and MDA was enhanced more in I/R than control group; expression of COX-2 and MDA decreased more in I/R+FNs group than in I/R group.Fastigial nuclei stimulation can resist local cerebral ischemic-reperfusion injury.
