摘要 随着激光焊接技术的成熟,其在电子工业中,包括在照明行业中得到了广泛的应用。由于激光焊接热影响区小,加热集中迅速、热应力低,被焊接工件变形极小,几乎没有连接间隙,焊接深度/宽度比高,因此其焊接质量在各类产品的焊接中显示出独特的优越性。为此,文章对电极焊接形式作了深入研究和探讨,为制造高光效、长寿命、光色好的照明产品提供了保障。同时掌握电极激光焊接制造技术,占领市场,提高企业的核心竞争力。 With the development of laser welding technology matures, its in the electronics industry, including the widely used in the lighting industry. Because the laser welding heat affected zone of small heat?ing quickly, low thermal stress, welding deformation of the workpiece is small, almost no gap, welding depth/width ratio, so the quality of welding in the welding of various products show unique advantages. Therefore, the heart part of electrode based on the research of the electric arc tube manufacturing various fac?tors for the purpose of electrode, welding form to do an in-depth study and discussion, for the manufacture of high luminous efficiency, long life, provides guarantee good color lighting products. At the same time master electrode laser manufacturing technology, welding occupied the market, enhance the core competitiveness of enterprises.
