摘要
民族地区高校进行法学双语教学,是培养复合型人才、满足社会需要的重要途径,也是教育部对高校教学的要求。在双语教学实践中,民族地区高校法学双语教学在教育观念、教育基础、师资力量、教学模式等方面都存在诸多问题,笔者认为应从民族地区高校双语教学自身特点出发,以双语教学的实效性作为立足点,找到适合民族地区特色的高校法学双语教学之路。
Universities in minority areas carry out bilingual education of law,is an important way to cultivate talent,meet the needs of society,also the requirements of Education Ministry to universities teaching.In the practice of bilingual education,there are many problems in concepts,basic education,teachers,teaching models of bilingual education of law in minority areas universities,for this I believe that bilingual teaching in minority areas universities should start from its own characteristics,takes the effectiveness of bilingual education as a starting point to find the way of bilingual education of law in universities suitable to national and regional characteristics.
