摘要
公务员薪酬管理是公共部门人力资源管理的核心环节,对国内外公务员薪酬管理研究的系统梳理,有助于我国建立更加科学合理的公务员薪酬管理模式。文章从薪酬管理水平、薪酬管理公平性、薪酬管理制度、薪酬管理影响因素、薪酬管理体系五个角度系统阐述了国内外公务员薪酬管理的研究成果,并对其进行了客观评述。通过对国内外相关研究的系统分析,反映出了现代公务员薪酬管理研究的发展趋势,对于进一步开展公务员薪酬管理研究,建立和完善我国的公务员薪酬管理模式,具有重要的启示意义。
Civil service salary management is an important part of public sector human resources management.
