摘要
国外在学校心理健康教育政策方面的特点主要体现在:重视学校心理健康教育的政策支持;政策制定过程论证充分,专业性强,多方参与;政策对心理健康教育从业人员的专业要求较高;政策对象以青少年为主体,关注公共福利,保障教育公平,辐射全体国民;政策发展适应社会变化,反应灵活等方面。上述方面对于我国学校心理健康教育政策的制定与实施具有积极的借鉴意义。
The characteristics of overseas school mental health education policies are mainly embodied in:paying attention to the policy support of school psychological health education;the policy formulation process has sufficient demonstration, profession is strong, and has multi participation; professional requirements of policy on mental health are higher; the policy is taking the youth as the main body, pays attention to public welfare, ensures education fairness, eradiates all citizens;policy development a-dapts to social change, the response is flexible;the above aspects has positive reference significance for the formulation and imple-mentation of the psychological health education of our countrys’ shools.
