摘要
渔业人力资源是渔业经济发展的必要条件,也是人类社会发展的重要推动力。渔业人力资源的使用和开发效率与渔业经济的发展、人民生活水平的提高密切相关。党的十八大提出建设海洋强国的战略目标,对渔业发展提出了更高的要求。提高渔业人力资源管理是支持海洋强国建设的一项战略性、基础性工作,旨在满足我国渔业快速发展的人才需求。本文通过分析渔业经济发展对经济社会的贡献、渔业人力资源现状与问题,提出加强渔业人力资源管理,促进渔业经济发展融入经济新常态的对策建议。
