Position,Orientation and Strategy for the Development of the Higher Vocational Education with Chinese Characteristics

高职教育是我国首创的教育类型。伴随改革开放后经济转型升级,高职教育从无到有、从小到大、从弱到强,已经站在新的历史起点上。《国家职业教育改革实施方案》和《关于实施中国特色高水平高职学校和专业建设计划的意见》的公布实施,为新时代高职教育发展提出了要求,指明了方向。实施"双高计划",舞起发展龙头,深化改革创新,增强发展动力,强化统筹协调,优化发展环境,是打赢高职教育提质升级攻坚战的重要方略。

The higher vocational educationis a kind of educational type which was initiated in China.Along with the economic transformation and upgrading after the reform and opening-up,the higher vocational education has experienced a course of growing out of nothing,expanding from small to large and developing from weak to strong,and now,it has been standing at a new historical starting point.The issue of the Implementation Plan on National Vocational Education and the'Double high-quality'Plan has put forward new requirements and development directions for the higher vocational education in China.Therefore,we must implement the'Double high-quality'Plan,better leverage the roles and functions of high quality vocational schools,deepen the reform and innovation,strengthen development forces,enhance overall coordination,and optimize the development environment,which will be important strategies to win the tough battle in upgrading and improving quality.
