基于“四气五味”阐述阳和汤与乳腺癌方证对应关系

Exploration on Corresponding Relationship Between Yanghe Decoction and Breast Cancer Based on Four Properties and Five Tastes

四气五味乃中药之灵魂,是临床用药核心。阳和汤功用温阳补血,散寒通滞,主治寒凝血虚、痰瘀气滞之阴疽;乳腺癌多因阴阳失衡、肝脾不和、冲任失调、脏腑失常、痰瘀互结等为病。阳和汤功用甚广,犹如一张大网,可以同时治疗多种症状。乳腺癌病因复杂,根据其发病阶段、患者体质等的不同,其发病的症状也不尽相同。文章主要以四气五味理论为桥梁,来阐述阳和汤与正虚型乳腺癌方证对应的关系。

Four properties and five tastes are the soul of traditional Chinese medicine,which is the core of medicine.Yanghe Decoction can warm Yang and tonify blood,remove the cold and disperse the stagnation.Yanghe Decoction is the main treatment of cold coagulation and blood deficiency,phlegm and blood stasis and Qi stagnation of Yin carbuncle.Breast cancer is mainly due to Yin and Yang imbalance,liver-spleen disharmony,Chong and Ren meridians,phlegm and blood stasis and so on.Yanghe Decoction has a wide range of functions.The cause of breast cancer is complex.According to its stage of disease,patients constitution and so on,its symptoms are different.In this paper,it mainly considers the four properties and five tastes theory as the bridge to expatiate the relationship between the Yanghe Decoction and the weakened body resistance type of breast cancer.
