摘要
为了解用户使用过程中的桶装饮用水及饮水机配套装具卫生状况,采用食品卫生微生物学检验法进行了抽检。结果,饮水机冷水端水的细菌检测合格率为4.44%,饮水机内胆、桶装水桶口及桶颈部位合格率为0。部分饮水机内胆及接触座与水接触的部位可见霉斑等污染物。饮水机的内胆长期不清洗、不消毒是导致微生物繁殖的重要原因。
In order to know the sanitary conditions of the bucket drinking water and the parts of drinking water machine during use by the users, the food sanitary microbiological examination method was used for selective examination. The results showed that the eligible rate of bacterial examination of water at the cold water end was 4.44% and that of the inner container, the mouth of water bucket and the neck of the bucket of the drinking water machine was 0. The contaminant such as mould spots could be seen in some inner container and the part of the contact stand contacting with water. Lack of washing and disinfecting the inner container of the drinking water machine for a long time is the important cause of multiplication of microorganisms.
