摘要
目的 研究一氧化氮合酶抑制剂对大鼠学习记忆障碍的影响 ,和其海马一氧化氮 (NO)变化及尼莫地平的作用。方法 大鼠双侧海马注入N ω 硝基 L 精氨酸 (L NA)建立学习记忆障碍模型 ,注完L NA后再给大鼠腹腔内注射尼莫地平 ,用Y型电迷宫进行学习记忆能力测试。取大鼠海马部位组织检测NO含量。结果模型组大鼠的学习记忆能力明显低于对照组大鼠 ,干预组大鼠的学习记忆能力与模型组无差异 ;模型组大鼠的海马NO含量明显低于对照组 ,干预组大鼠海马NO含量与模型组无显著差异。结论 双侧海马注入L NA可使大鼠出现学习记忆障碍 ,海马NO浓度降低。尼莫地平对L
Objective To investigate the effect of nitric oxide synthase inhibitor on learning and memory abilities and to observe the change of nitric oxide (NO) contents in the hippocampi and the effect of nimodipine in rats.Methods With the administration of L ω nitro L arginine(L NA) into bilateral hippocami,the rat model with disorders of learning and memory abilities was established.Then the intraperitoneal injections of nimodipine were given, Y maze tests were performed, and the NO contents in the hippocampi were measured in turn.Results The experiment showed that the learning and memory abilities of model and intervention rats were worse than those of the control rats ( P <0.01). The NO contents of hippocampi of the rats in the model and intervention groups was significantly increased than that of control rats ( P <0.01). There was no significant difference on learning and memory abilities or NO contents between the model and intervention groups. Conclusion The rats can show the disorders of learning and memory abilities, and lower NO concentration in the hippocampi. After treated with L-NA nimodipine had no effect in the treatment of learning and memory disorders induced by L NA.
