我国农业与农村经济结构调整呼唤金融支持 ,而现有的农业与农村融资渠道与金融体制无法完全满足其需求。因此需要拓宽建立多元化的农业和农村融资渠道 ,改革并完善农村金融体制 ,建立多元化金融体系。

The existing agriculture and rural financing channel and system are unable to meet economic restructuring demands. So, we must widen agriculture and rural financing channel, set up pluralistic financing channel, reform and perfect the rural banking system, set up the financial system of pluralism。
