彩色多普勒超声对面颈部软组织肿瘤的诊断

Colour doppler ultrasonography in the diagnosis of tumors in cervicofacial soft tissues

目的 总结面颈部软组织肿瘤彩超的诊断经验。方法 在二维超声、彩色多普勒血流显像(CDFI)两方面对面颈部软组织肿瘤进行检查、分析。结果 面颈部软组织良、恶性肿瘤在二维超声、彩色多普勒血流显像两方面具有不同的特征。结论 彩色多普勒超声能为面颈部软组织肿瘤的诊断提供重要依据。

Objective To summarize the expe rience of the application of colour doppler ultrasonography in diagnosis of cerv icofacial soft tissues tumors.Methods Tumors in the cervicofaci al soft tissues were examined and analyzed by two dimension ultrasound and colo ur doppler blood flow imaging(CDFI).Results Benign and malignan t tumors in cervicofacial soft tissues had different characteristics in the two dimension ultrasound and colour doppler blood flow imaging.Conclusion Colour doppler ultrasonography can provide significant references for the diagnosis of the tumors in cervicofacial soft tissues.
