摘要
以湖北省武汉、鄂州、黄冈3个城市的15个国有企业的300名管理人员为调查对象,采取多元统计分析方法,对工作压力源与工作满意度进行了统计和分析。调查得出的主要结论是;(1)工作压力源对工作满意度有着显著的影响;(2)组织的结构与倾向、职业发展、工作条件和要求是影响管理人员工作满意度的3个最重要的工作压力源。最后对这些发现进行了分析和讨论。
Based on a survey of 300 managers in 15 state-owned enterprises in Wuhan, Ezhou and Huanggang in Hubei province, with use of multi-factor statistical analysis method, it is found that (1) work stressor has great influence over work satisfaction; (2) organizational structure, career development and working condition are most important work stressors which can affect work satisfaction of managers in state-owned enterprises. The implications of these findings are discussed.
